given ab=0 and bc=2
from ab=0 either a=0 or b=0 but from bc=2 b cannot be zero (because if b=0 bc cannot be equal to 2)
so a=0 (quant A)
quant A = quant B
option C is correct
from ab=0 either a=0 or b=0 but from bc=2 b cannot be zero (because if b=0 bc cannot be equal to 2)
