Standard deviation is the average distance of data points from the mean. Since all the values (and therefore the mean) are 90, the standard deviation is 0. The standard deviation of the Spanish test scores are clearly not 0, since there are multiple scores. Therefore, Quantity A is greater.

in the case of English, it is clear that there is no deviation, so std= 0
on the other hand, six students get six different numbers, so there must be a deviation. And std cannot be negative.
