\((3 + \frac{1}{10})(3 - \frac{1}{10}) * (\frac{1}{\frac{1}{10}} )\)
Since \((x+y)*(x-y) = (x^2 - y^2)\)
Therefore we get, \(( 3^2 - (\frac{1}{10})^2 ) * (10)\)
\((9 - \frac{1}{100}) * 10\)
\((\frac{899}{100}) * 10\)
Ans: 89.9
