SearchWiz has the highest percentage change as per the percent change formula --> (new value - old value)/old value x 100 = (50 - 20)/20 x 100.
30/20 x 100 = 150%.
What percent of $50 is $20 --> x% of $50 = $20.
x/100 x 50 = 20 --> x = 20 x 2 --> x = 40%.
Hence choice C is the correct answer.

In these sort of questions one has to do the eye test to find the correct answer otherwise a single question will consume a lot of time.
For comparison let us take LinkUp as the reference point. It's share rose slightly more than 100% as value increased from $10 to a little more than $20.
Now when we look at the bar for any other company none of the shares improved by 100% except for SearchWiz. There is always a trap if you just look at raw increase in price of $10 then other companies also fulfill the criteria.
For searchWiz max price = $50
and min price = $20
Therefore the percentage of min to max is \(\frac{20}{50}\) \(*100\) = 40%
