.01% is the same as 1/100 * 1/100 = 1/1e4. Move the decimal over 4 times which is .1. So B is greater.

So, 0.01% of 1,000 \(=\frac{1}{10,000} \times 1,000 = \frac{1,000}{10,000}=\frac{1}{10} \)
