Hi,
Rather than calculating the sum of all the numbers, it would be easy to find the difference and then get to the answer.
A: Qty A has extra numbers 99 & 100, totalling to 199
B: Qty B has an extra number 199
Thus, the two quantities are equal.

Useful property to remember:
Avg = (first number + last number)/2
Avg * total = sum of numbers
Avg = (first number + last number)/2
Avg * total = sum of numbers
