Let's simplify both A & B
Qt A
\(\frac{27x^{-2}}{9x^{-4}}\) = \(\frac{27 * x^4}{9 * x^2}\) = 3\(x^2\)
Qt B
\(\frac{12^{-1}x^3}{36^{-1}x^2}\) = \(\frac{36 * x^3}{12 * x^2}\) = 3x
Now if x = 1 ; Qt A = Qt B
if x = 2 ; Qt A > Qt B
Answer D

\(\frac{27x^{-2}}{9x^{-4}}\) = \(\frac{27 * x^4}{9 * x^2}\) = 3\(x^2\)
Qt B
\(\frac{12^{-1}x^3}{36^{-1}x^2}\) = \(\frac{36 * x^3}{12 * x^2}\) = 3x
