\(y = zx + 18\)
y-intercept (c) = \(18\)
i.e. it passes y-axis through (0, 18)
Apply slope formula between (0, 18) and (-3, 0)
Slope (m) = \(\frac{(0 - 18)}{(-3 - 0)} = 6\)
