\(90 = \frac{x}{100}(B)\) ......... (1)
Also, \(B = \frac{40}{100}(x)\) ........ (2)
Plugging (2) in (1):
\(90 = \frac{x}{100}(\frac{40}{100})(x)\)
\(x^2 = \frac{90000}{4}\)
\(x = \sqrt{\frac{90000}{4}} = \frac{300}{2} = 150\)
Hence, option B
