We can solve this question using matching operations (my favorite Quantitative Comparison strategy)
Given:
Quantity A: 7n
Quantity B: 4n
Subtract 4n from both quantities to get:
Quantity A: 3n
Quantity B: 0
Since we're told n is NEGATIVE, we know that 3n will also be negative, in which case Quantity B is greater.
