We can solve this question using matching operations (my favorite Quantitative Comparison strategy)
Given:
Quantity A: \(\frac{n^2+2}{n }\)

Quantity B: \(n+\frac{1}{n} \)

Since we're told \(n\) is POSITIVE, we can safely multiply both quantities by \(n\) to get:
Quantity A: \(n^2+2\)
Quantity B: \(n^2+1\)

Subtract \(n^2\) from both quantities to get:
Quantity A: \(2\)
Quantity B: \(1\)

Answer: A
