Total books = \(x\)
Sold = \(\frac{x}{4}\)
Left = \(x - \frac{x}{4} = \frac{3x}{4}\)
After adding 15 more;
\(\frac{3x}{4} + 15 = 105\)
\(3x = 360\)
\(x= 120\)
Hence, option A
