Let's look at the options.

In the first blank, overload cannot be true. Crisis overload cannot mean anything. C is opposite of what I expected. So, I chose A. Exacerbated is close to what I expected - unemployment crisis is made by ...

In the second blank, clash cannot be true. I don't think crookedness makes any sense with skill. Only D. mismatch makes sense as the market has developed and still people cannot find opportunities in the market, leading to unemployment crisis. So, I chose D.

Therefore, A,D is my answer.
