\(c=d+2\)
\(d = c - 2\) & \(c - d = 2\)
Qt A
\(c^2-d^2\) = \((c-d)(c+d) = 2(c+d) = 2 (2c - 2) = 4c - 4\)
Qt B
\(4d = 4 (c - 2) = 4c - 8\)
Subtract \(4c\) from both the quantity,
Qt A > Qt B
Answer A
\(d = c - 2\) & \(c - d = 2\)
Qt A
\(c^2-d^2\) = \((c-d)(c+d) = 2(c+d) = 2 (2c - 2) = 4c - 4\)
Qt B
\(4d = 4 (c - 2) = 4c - 8\)

c=d-2
Squaring both sides
c^2=d^2+4d+4
Qty A:- d^2+4d+4-d^2=4d+4
Qty B:- 4d
Subtracting 4d from both quantities
Qty A: 4
Qty B: 0
IMO A
