A. There are more homes with household incomes between $50,000 and $60,000 than homes with household incomes between $30,000 and $40,000 - YES We have no information for the range $50,000 - $60,000, therefore we cannot say there are more homes or not
B. There are more homes being built for the $30,000 to $40,000 income demographic than for any other demographic - YES Being built, we cannot say as there is no information regarding this
C. The median household income in Town X is between $30,000 and $40,000 - NO Since, we have a total of 180,000 houses (from second graph), the median would be the average of 90th and 91st term which is between $30,000 and $40,000 only. So we know this can be inferred.
