Dia \(3\) :: Radius = \(1.5\) :: area = \(2.25 pi\)
Dia \(5\) :: Radius = \(2.5\) :: area = \(6.25 pi\)

Ratio = \(\frac{2.25}{6.25}\) = \(\frac{9}{25}\) = \(0.36\)
