We can check each option one by one.
1. If m = n so we can solve \(\frac{3m}{n} = 3\) which is a prime number greater than 2.
2. If 2. n = 1 we can solve \(\frac{3m}{n} = 3m\) which is NOT a prime number.
3. If m and n are prime integers then \(\frac{3m}{n}\) is not an integer as \(n \neq 3\).
PS: This is not a GRE question (at least format wise). Please refrain from posting non GRE questions in the forum.

this is a gre question coming under "number theory,exponents,roots" got this problem from CL GRE papers
