Given: p and q are positive integers and p/q = 7.15 --> p = q * 7.15
For p to be an integer, we need to multiply 7.15 by a value of q (integer) that would give two zeroes at the end so that we get rid of the decimal point. We can do that by multiplying by 100, 60 or 20.
So the smallest value of q that would suffice is 20. Hence quantity A is bigger.
