CONVERTING this algebra into simple math problem, Scott has earned 75dollars by working 3 days a week at a constant daily rate for 5weeks, then his his weekly wage is 75/5 = 15, and that of daily wage is 15/3. PLUGGING x=75 and w=5, we get 5 only in option E.

Let D = Scott's DAILY wage
