Educators = 0.10(480) = 48
Delegates from Canada = 120
Educators from Canada = 0.20(120) = 24
Total Educators = 48 + 24 = 72
Percent = (\(\frac{72}{600}\))100 = 12

10% of delegates were from the field of education for all countries EXCEPT Canada.
For quick calculation, let's assume that the total number of delegates is 100.
So the percentages shown in the first piechart is the number of delegates for each nation. Canada has 20 delegates.
The total number of delegates from each country EXCEPT Canada = 100 - 20 = 80
Thus the number of EDUCATION delegates from all countries EXCEPT Canada = 10% of 80 = 8
We now just add the number of education delegates FROM Canada to this number = 20% of 20 = 4 (we got 20% from the 2nd piechart)
So total Education Delegates = 8+4 = 12
As we assumed the total number of delegates as 100, we already have our percentage = 12%
(The actual number of delegates, 600, is redundant in this process.)
