We draw AD || BC, so we get the right triangle ADE with hypotenuse,AE=50 and height, AD=BC=40.
Using Pythagoras' Theorem, we get the value of ED = \sqrt{50^2 - 40^2} = 30.
So the perimeter= 50+65+40+(65+30) = 250
