I initially chose A but afterwards I made a comparsion with Median (Q2)
75% is Q3 and as median is the middlemost value Q3 is the 3/4 th value
As it is not necessary for middlemost value in both the set of experiments to be equal similarly it is not
necessary for 3/4th value in both the experiments to be equal as well

It will be D.
Eventhough it mentions the total number, average and 75%. But still. Average doesnt make you assure of the values to be same. As the value can be diffrent with average same.

Here, in my opinion the stem above does not state whether the distribution is Normal or Skewed to any side. So we are kept in dark.
