Of course there is trigonometry to solve for third side, but trigonometry is not tested on GMAT or GRE.
So, there has to a simpler way..
Ok let's find the third angle..
180-(30+75)=75
So we have three angles as 30-75-75, which makes it isosceles triangle.
Therefore sides opposite 75° will be same..
One side opposite 75 is 4, so other also will be 4.
Thus, perimeter is 3+4+4=11..

isosceles triangle. If those two angles are equal, their opposite sides are also
equal. Side AB has a length of 4, so BC also has a length of 4:
