We can convert the fraction into decimal and work to satisfy the 2 conditions.
1- 1/55<x<1/22 that means 0.02<x<0.05
2- 1/33<x<1/11 ==> .03<x<.09
compare the answers now.
I. 1/54 is about .018, ignore
II. 1/23 =.043 it is on the range keep it
III. 1/12 = .08333 ignore does not meet the first condition.

Solution:

We can use LCM. LCM of 55, 22, 33 & 11 is 330

Thus multiplying all of the fractions from 330 gives;
6<x<15
10<x<30

Therefore, x can range from anything above 10 and below 15 i.e 10<x<15

Now, multiply 330 by the options.

A. 330/54, lets assume 54 to be 50 the value will be somewhere around 66 thus for 54 it will be even lesser. Does not satisfy the above condition- OUT

B. 330/23, if we assume 23 to be 20 the value will be around 15. something. Thus using 23 will give us a value lesser than 15. Correct.

C. 330/12, this option will give us answer way to greater than 15.- OUT
