Solution:

You have to be very cautious while dividing the value and divide the price from the weight and not the other way round to find the price per ounce.

Qty A: \(\frac{0.8}{16}\)=0.05
Qty B:\(\frac{2.16}{36}\)=0.06

0.05<0.06
Qty A<Qty B

IMO B
