As it is a fair coin with equal chances of heads and tails (50-50), out of X tosses the most probable outcome is X/2 of the tosses are Heads and X/2 of the tosses are Tails.
So of the 24 tosses, 12 heads and 12 tails are the most probable outcome. Answer B.
