Let number of one dollar bill be \(o\) and that of five dollar bill be \(f\)
\(1o + 5f = 4\)
Cases:
1(0) + 5(4) = 20
1(1) + 5(3) = 16
1(2) + 5(2) = 12
1(3) + 5(1) = 8
1(4) + 5(0) = 4
Hence, option A and C
$20 and $4 cannot be the answers as he must have both bills!
