Hey,
Let's take \(P = 2\)
So Qt A \(= 2\) & Qt B \(= 4\)
Let's take both quadrilateral \(A\) & \(B\) square.
Qt A :: perimeter \(= 2\) so side \(= 0.5\)
Area \(= 0.5 * 0.5 = 0.25\)
Qt B :: perimeter \(= 4\) so side \(= 1\)
Area \(= 1 * 1 = 1\)
Qt B > Qt A
NOW
Let's take both quadrilateral \(A\) & \(B\) rectangle.
Qt A :: perimeter \(= 2\) so sides \(l = 0.6\) & \(b = 0.4\)
Area \(= 0.6 * 0.4 = 0.24\)
Qt B :: perimeter \(= 4\) so sides \(l = 1.9\) & \(b = 0.1\)
Area \(= 1.9 * 0.1 = 0.19\)
Qt B < Qt A
Hence Answer D
