Theory: If an integer is divisible by two numbers then the integer will also be divisible by the LCM of these two number.
If an integer divisible by 8 and 18, then the integer also must be divisible by LCM(8,18)
Using Long Division Method
2 | 8 , 18
-----------
| 4 , 9
=> LCM (8,18) = 2*4*9 = 72
Since the integer is divisible by 72 then it will also be divisible by factors of 72. Only factor of 72 in the answer choices is 12
So, Answer will be A
