w = 0.75*l
perimeter : 2(l+w) = 280
2l+2(0.75)l = 280
3.5l = 280
l = 80
w = 0.75(80) = 7.5*8 = 60
we want to find diagonal length, so root over 80^2 +60^2 = 100 i.e option (E)
