No! Note that we are asked to choose an except option i.e. all the option can help us to determine the reliability of the sergeant's prediction except one. Option A to D are relevant to the argument and option E is out of scope or is tangent to the argument why? because we are not concerned or given any information about the performance of the officers. Thus E
