Website crashed mid test

So last night I was giving my powerprep 2 on the official website. I was done with AWA, 2 verbal sections and 1 quant section. As soon as i had finished the second verbal section the paper did not load further and I was asked to log out from all web browsers. Initially I thought it happened because of my unreliable network strength but when I logged in again the website said that it was under maintenance and will be back online in 10-15 minutes. Today morning I tried to open the paper again but in hopes for resuming from the final section but the website kept saying that the service in unavailable, try again in 5-10 minutes but there is still no progress. I contacted ETS with the issue and they directed me to some other "agency" which is responsible for issues regarding GRE preparation products, they only provided me their number which was not reachable and I cannot find any means to connect with them for this issue? Any help? Whom do I reach out to for resuming or even restarting the test?
PS: I guess I scored around 7-8 out of 20 in the first verbal section, I scored 15/20 in second verbal section and scored a 20/20 in my first quant section.

Hi there!
This has happened with me before. But I don’t think you have to worry so much about it as the site goes under periodic maintenance during which you will not be able to access the tests and few other things.
It might be normal in sometime although, I cannot give you how much that sometime is🙄
Till then you can use the Forum to check the questions use filter and select Powerprep 2.

The website is online again and I am able to access my other tests for review.
