Theory: Dividend = Divisor * Quotient + Remainder
If a and b are positive integers such that the remainder is 4 when a is divided by b
=> a = bx + 4 (where x is quotient)
Theory: Divisor > Remainder
=> If remainder is 4 then divisor (b) > 4
=> Min value of divisor = 5
Theory: Quotient >= 0
=> x >= 0
So, Min value of x = 0
=> a = 0*5+4 = 4
=> Minimum value of a+b = 4+5 = 9
So, Answer will be 9
