If we take the denominators and square them we get \(3.14^2 = 9.85\) and \(\sqrt(10)^2 = 10\). Thus, given that the numerator is the same but quantity A is divided by a smaller number, quantity A is greater.

I wonder something maybe I am wrong can yo enlighten me?
1)
Q.A=1/π is equal to 1/3.14=0.318 and 1/(3.14)^2 thus 1/9.85=0.101
Q.B=1/√10=0.316 and (1/√10)^2 =1/100=0.01
2) Before square them |Q.A-Q.B|=0.02 after square |Q.A-Q.B|=0.091.
3)Shortly, although, in two sceniro Q.A is greater but difference between them changed. Isn't this approach damaging the propotion another words Is the IlCreatore's solution method true?
