300 - 20%(300) = what% ( 180)
240 = What %(180)
Now 240 - 180 / 180 = 60/180 = 1/3 = 0.33.

20% less than 300 is the same as 80% of 300, or 0.80(300) = 240. The question is “240 is what percent greater than 180?”
Percent Change =\(\frac{Difference}{Original}\times 100\%\).
Percent Change =\(\frac{60}{180}\times 100 \%=33.3\%\).
