OMG!
Don't you think, it's way too much & there is no definite answer for that
.
But probably not if you have done all but if you are planning, then I would suggest to focus on RCs and Quant.
Do vocabs from Word of the day & from here.
I think focus on RC, once comprehension is solid you can do TC & SE fine with 1000+ words.
Ask for any doubts.

Hi There!I must say you are pretty smart to learn 3000 words. But this is not smart work this is hard work!
Be smart focus on your mistakes ones you make intentionally, and the clues in the sentences. And as rx10 said 1000 would be more than enough if you keep a holistic approach!
