Solution:
I would suggest drawing a line and then solving the question, it makes life easier
u------------t------s------r
Assuming r=8 and s=6
As, s is between r & t, distance between s & t should also be of 2 units.
Thus, t= 4
Now, the distance between t & r=4. And t is the midpoint of u & r. Therefore distance between u & t=4 making u=-2
You can now substitute the values of u, t, r & s to get the answer as E
