two lines cross in the second quadrant, and they have different slopes (-/+ve), various intercepts (-6,9).
for x=0, equations become 4ky=-6 and 3y=9 and if y=-6, then k=1/4; for y=3, kx=0 or x=0 again.
for y=0, equations become 3x=-6 and kx=-9 resulting in -2k=-9, k=9/2
integral of k is along the line between two intercepts and possible cross points or 9/2-1/4= 17/4, which is greater than 4
Answer must be A
