q*(p/100) = 16
(q*q*0.16*0.16)/100 = 16
q^2 * 0.16^2 = 16*100 = 1600
q^2 = 1600/(0.16)^2 = 62500
q^2 = 62500
q = 250
q*(p/100) = 16
(q*q*0.16*0.16)/100 = 16
q^2 * 0.16^2 = 16*100 = 1600
q^2 = 1600/(0.16)^2 = 62500
