@Carcass, I have modified your question posted earlier
The table shows the linear relationship between stride rate of a runner, in numbers of strides per second, and speed index. This linear relationship holds for stride rates per second to 5.00 strides per second. If this linear relationship is adjusted by increasing both stride rate with 1.20 strides per second and stride rate related speed index, then what is the speed index of the runner with stride rate of 3.80 strides per second?
