Unable to book GRE at home

Hi GrePrepClub members,
Hope you all are doing well.
This is regarding the scheduling GRE at home. I have been trying to schedule GRE at home and it keeps popping up the error message that "No test centers found based on your search criteria. Change search criteria or enter a specific city location again". I don't understand why this error is popping up when I am scheduling at home GRE which does not require City details as such. I have selected Test at home option and as I press continue option, I get this error pop-up. I am little confused about it and any guidance is much appreciated. In case you need any details from my end, please let me know.

Hi kinda weird problem.
However, my suggestion is to wait a while or to try a completely new browser, or if you can to surf to the website via VPN
We cannot give any more assistance, unfortunately.
