rx10 thanks for your kind response. But if it is so as you replied, then why my numbers are higher in the ETS mock tests or others.
Are these tests not reliable?
Hi There!
Let me dive in for
rx10 These tests are surely reliable, but the level of difficulty might change. And it is also possible that a simple question might have been framed to look difficult or vice versa and you got into the trap. So, what I mean is, it is possible that you misunderstood the questions on the actual test and selected a trap answer.
Apart from this, did you analyze your PP mocks? Because at times the method you follow is not the desired way of solving a question and COINCIDENTALLY you get the answer correct. Here, you will have to strengthen your base, and learn the common trap that ETS has. For eg. if the question says number it mean positive & negative integer, decimal, zero, fraction etc. And it is highly likely that if you do not consider either one of them you easily become the prey.
Conclusion: Know the topic well, get in to the deapth of the topic and not know it superficially.
Hope this helps!
