New to GRE - How to begin?

Hi everybody,
I've been studying GMAT for the last 18 months, and after doing 5 attempts without reaching my target score - I've decided to give a try to the GRE.
A bit about myself - I am CPA working in a BIG 4 accountancy firm, analytical guy and not a native english speaker.
In my previous GMAT attempts, obviously my quant was my strong side - I got Q48/49 in all my exams, while verbal was my weakest side - couldn't score above V27.
Honestly, I believe I have much verbal knowledge than these scores reflect. I scored in all my GMAT mocks around V35-39, with a total score of 680-720.
Anyway, I heard and read about the differences between the GMAT and GRE, and I know it kind of subjective to know which one is easier.
I know the quant section is not going to bring to me new problems, so I'm looking to focus on verbal side in GRE.
I would appreciate if you guys can tell me about recommended books, courses, or any important materials to begin my prep.
I also want to add that I postponed my application last year due to the lower GMAT score. I know it is not a magic, but I would like to receive info about the most efficient&quickest courses focusing on verbal in order to have the exam once I feel ready.
Thank you!
