slope of line perpendicular to y=-3x+10 is defined as 1/3
hence, (4-3)/(k-2)=1/3
3(4-3)=k-2, k=5 and answer is A
hence, (4-3)/(k-2)=1/3
3(4-3)=k-2, k=5 and answer is A
