In this problem, we can know that OA and OB are both the radius of the circle, and <AOB=60。
then can know triangle is equilateral triangle. Since its perimeter is 6, then we can know that the length of OA and OB would be 2.
then the circumference of the circle is 12pi which is bigger then 12.
Thus A>B
