Number of people who put PSG last = 60 * 3/5 = 36
Number of people who put PSG at either 1st or 2nd position = 60 - 36 = 24
This is the same group of people who put PSG above Real Madrid OR Chelsea (The union of the two sets)
24 = (60 * 1/10) + (60 * 1/3) - (People who put PSG above both Chelsea and Real Madrid [Intersection])
Solve equation to answer "2" which corresponds to option "C"
