The above inequality tells us that \(p,q,r\) are integers less than \(0\)(Negative) and that \(p>q>r\)
Since \(p>q>r\),
if we divide either side of the inequality by \(q\) we will get
\(\frac{p}{q}>1>\frac{r}{q}\)
\(\frac{p}{q} > 1\) and \(\frac{r}{q} < 1\)
or
\(q>r\) is greater than 1
Since both \(\frac{p}{q}\) and \(\frac{r}{q}\) are greater than \(1\) and we don't know their definite value, the answer will be D
