Both S and T have 6 values each and are distributed with a step of 2, except for 3rd and 4th value.
The mean for both of them is same,i.e, 74. And values in T are more closely distributed to 74 than values in S, so variance is more in S.
That is, in S the difference between values are {+2, +2, +18, +2, +2} and in T {+2, +2, +14, +2, +2}.
In S the 3'rd and 4th are far from the mean than in T.
Answer is A)
