Area of parallelogram = base * height,
Base is given to be 10. To find height, Angle ZWX = 30 since it's a parallelogram.
and by drawing a vertical line from WX to Z, we get a 30-60-90 triangle. So if WZ is 8 then height will be 4.
So area = 4 * 10 = 40.
Answer is C)
