basically the question is tryint to trick you by making you calculate an average speed which is the same as the actual speed. Since both do the same distance once.
It's going 1/3 slower so the speed is 2/3 of A.
Speed of A= 360/2 = 180 mph
Speed of B= 180*2/3 = 120mph
time=360/120 = 3h
answer E.
